Ordered returned in October account debt Dec 13

I ordered a free trial of the product. After using it for a few weeks I was not happy with the product. I called and got a return number and shipped back the unused portion as instructed. The shipping date was Oct 25, and on Dec 13 my account was charged. What can be done about this?
