My membership expired in May and the are arbitrarilly taking 104.00 out of my checking account. The first time I called I got some raspy-voiced young woman who in the middle of my phone call started shouting at one of the customers. I asked her if I could have her attention for a moment and she got irritated. I asked if I could speak to someone else and she put me on eternal hold.
I called back and got someone else. He also started shouting at a customer while I was trying to get my questions answered.
I have been on eternal hold with the corporate office who closes in 10 min.
