It started with the hope of having one bill for the land line and two cell phones together. The first phones we recieved; my phone would not hold a charge for more than a day, and almost every person that I talked with said that I was breaking up. I called to get a new phone and the lady said that I could choose from two types, but I had to drive to the nearest store, about one hour; when I got their, I could only have the same type of phone no matter how many times I said that I was told I could have a choice, they did say that I could buy one, and they were not cheap. When we first ordered they said that the bill each month would be one hundred four $104.00 per month but I got a bill for $151.00 for first month and $137.00 after that. When I brought the second phone home and charged it; I called two or three times and the charge was gone; I have had it with Verizon, So I went to t-Mobile who had a much better deal
and they had three phones to choose from Yah"Hoo!
