I really hoped Magic Jack would work for me. Unfortunately, I ignored the warnings I read about their customer service. Due to a mix up with the mail I had to order twice just to get the product. I thought the "30 day" trial started with my second order which I placed using the Live Chat feature on their website. Little did I know they held me to the original order date even though I never recieved the original order. When the email confirmation and the package came I noted the date in case it did not work the way I needed. To really test it out I kept it for 25 of the 30 days (according to the date on the confirmation email). There were just to many situations where it did not work for me. Today one of the top "10%" Live Chat persons cut me off even after I sent her all the information I had showing the order date and order number. Beware, they do not mean "30 day" free trial. It is more like 15 days, because you have to allow for the mail times coming to you and returning to them even if there is a problem with the delivery. You better make sure you "try it" for only a few days if you have any doubts about keeping for long term. Do not assume that the Live Chat person is giving you accurate information or you will be stuck paying for something you cannot use. If you have any doubts send it back right away. Better yet, do not order all. I will not recommend Magic Jack to anyone.
