You are charging me for a service I cannot use. I thought I had at least 20 to 24 days to try it out. I was uncertain that it would work for me. I ignored the reviews I read about customer service because I thought the concept of a "computer" phone seemed like a good idea. Unfortunatly, even though I carefully noted the date on my confirmation email and the packaging, in case the Magic Jack did not meet my needs, I am stuck paying for something I cannot use. After the original order was returned to "sender" by the post office because of a bad address, the Live Chat person gave me a new order number and a new tracking number. With this information I assumed it was a new order and asked if I had the "30 days free trial" and he typed "yes". He failed to let me know the date those free trial days started. To make matter worse I was cut off today by one of their "top 10%" Live Chat persons with no explaination as to why the new order number does not mean "new". The reviews were correct. Customer service is lousy. I will not recommend Magic Jack to anyone. Majic Jack, you can have your device back just give me a return form for the order number (TS08475777). This is not right. I had now way of knowing the new order was not my start date. Please make this right by allowing me to return your device and not charging me for it or the year service.
