We ordered a six month supply of the Vanity product and after 3 weeks of waiting, we contacted customer service by phone and email. The phone was never answered, but the email resulted in them sending out a product that looked like it was manufactured in a garage, labels printed on an inkjet printer. There were no allergen warnings and in almost unreadable text, hidden on the bottom edge was an "additional ingredients" list that included WHEY, a dairy product. My wife is deadly allergic to whey and we were lucky to catch this because customer service assured us that the product had no whey.
We tried to return the product, but they will not answer their phone or return calls or emails. I have started a fraud case with my credit card already based on other postings on this site and others.
They are quick to take your money, slow to send the product and vacant when it comes to returns.
