I ordered Vanity online on Jan 21st. I received a confirmation email the next day saying it would be received within the next 2-7 business days via USPS.
After 2 weeks of it not coming, I sent an email for status. I received a reply on 2/1 that it would arrive on 2/5. Didn't show up. I sent another email and have yet to receive a response.
I tried calling their 1-800 number only to be told that I had to call their customer service for assistance. I have left two messages without a return phone call. I am very upset... I thought that this product might work and was so excited to try it. And now, I feel totally ripped off after spending almost $175 for this product that I may NEVER receive. Word to the wise, next time check out the company before you buy anything from them online!!!
