Since last year, I have been given the run-around and treated like a hot potato when it comes to trainers and the sessions. When I read others who have commented on exactly the same thing that I am going through, I was shocked and really upset.
First, they put me with lousey trainers who either show up 10 or 15 minutes late for a 30 minute session. Sometimes, even if I were trained with the same person at a regular time they would claim that they "forgot" I had a session with them. What can I say but FLAKEY, FLAKEY, FLAKEY!
Next, I was given a trainer who had the worst professionalism I have ever witnessed at Body of Change. First, they had me doing exercises that were "suggestive" in a crowded gym. Such as spreading my legs wide open on a bench. I explained I was uncomfortable with this, and the trainers response was "everyone here is gay anyhow-so just do it." Then, the trainer and another customer commented right in front of me at another customer who was working out. The trainer said "Is she fat or pregnant?" They both laughed quite loud. I said "that was rude" and they ignored it. Finally, the trainers weight lifting routine, injured my back and strained my shoulders so bad, I couln't move for days. I explained my injuries to the trainer and the response was that " I was making excuses".
Like many of the people who have written in, I too have been a victim of the old excuse "We have no trainers available right now". They claim that they will call when one is available, but that was two weeks ago. Still I am paying out $400 each month and have so many sessions racked up, and the last thing I have seen is any "Changes In My Body".
Clearly, this company does not care who they hire or what happens with their customers. I will call again for another new trainer, but most likely will see little, if any results.
