False advertising, product does not deliver, cost is too much for not doing anything

I am totally disatisfied with the product. It doesn't deliver what they promise.

They have charged my account for $235 & refuse to refund any of it.

I think it's shoddy practice to send out an order a day after the product has been shipped.
