I have just had a similiar experience as a man who asked for the free trial and then with in way less than the 10 days I was hit with $48.00 for the full shipment. I called and called just after getting the $9.95 deal and kept getting a recording saying "you have to call between 8am and 5pm Pacific time". I was calling at the prescribed times and still kept getting the recording. Today I got live folks and I am sorry to say I unloaded too much. I shot my testimony as a human being and finally got a supervisor who said that because I cursed and was so rude that she was cancelling the order immediately and that I was to return order as soon as I got it. The cancellation # I got was 131510 for the $48.00. I also called my credit card company and filed a dispute and they also have this cancellation number. What a rip off!!! Money driven, money hungry and awful to deal with. Singer.
