I ordered Viapren tabs. I wasnt satisfied, so I was going to request cancellation of the Viapren before the next order came out, and I was charged. But less than 10 days after I was shipped another supply. The terms and conditions stated that I would be given 10 days to cancel, I wasnt, more like a week. I called the company. I asked for a refund, they said fine, just send the product back and we will refund your credit card. I have sent back the product and have yet to receive any refund whatsoever. I was told I would receive a partial refund, but in hindsight since I was not granted the proper amount of time to cancel, I feel a full refund is the only course of action that would completely satisfy me.
