My initial call was for the FREE trial pack of Viapren strips. The salesman tried to sell me videos and a recurring pack of the strips which I declined. He said the only way to decline was to call the service department after reciving my trail pack. I recieved the trail package5 days later and made numerous attempts to call the service dept. It rang busy or i got the voicemail of pharmazone labs.

After calling the original order phone # I was told they had trouble with their serv dept phones. After one month of calling that serv dept # still has had no answer at all. I did call the co # which was listed on my cap one bill and was told that I only had 10 days in which to cancell the remaining orders. I told them you cant cancell if the phones didint work. She was very rude and said basically "too bad". I recieved a second order which was sent back by writing on it "return to sender".

I called back today and the lady said I should have sent it back registered cause they havent recieved it yet and may not for 30 days in which time I will be billed for it anyway. This is all a phone scam and I havent even tried the product but I doubt seriously if it even works. My fault for being suckered in in the first place but I shouldnt have to pay for something I dont even have. Please do not deal with this Co (pharmazone labs) for any reason.
