I too have been victimized by their unethical charge of credit cards. I was told that I would recieve a free trial that was a 1 month supply. The only charge would be 9.95 plus shipping and handling. And yes this was a very small package sent to me that I know could only possibly costs about 4.35 to send U.S. Postage Priority two day air.
I never did receive my Home Depot giftcard and the numbers they gave me to call were both defunct. I did call the 800-770-8158 and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. They charged my card for a one month supply literally 7 days after I received my 30 day free trial.
I think the Attorney General should take a long look at this company. To me they are no different than Enron. File my complaint on this company and let me know what if anything has happened to them. I guess in the meantime I will have to call my card in stolen.
