As I said in the title - Another Sucker for CHBA. Bill Major (cited in another report about CBHA) promised $35 doctor visits (anywhere in the world), $100
emergency room visits, $10 generic "copays", etc ad nausium. Best plan since sliced bread. I asked how CHBA could do it so cheaply, he danced around a bit but said they don't advertize. The boiler room sound in the background should have been a dead give away. I gave him my credit card number and of course he tape a verbal contract that was a slight shift away from what his spiel was but negated everything he had said.insurance became Plan...
After getting off the phone. I checked the net for comments/complaints and of course found this site as well as a couple of others. I also went to the www.nbchealth.com web site where the "Plan" is documented. I don't think there was any point of match between the sales spiel and what's covered.
Does anyone know if the way CHBA markets constitutes wire fraud?
Thanks
