I talked to a representative of CHBA after finding the site through a survey company. The rep. Told me I would be getting the benefits for one month to see if I liked the company then I would have the choice to continue it after I again talked to the company rep. Before receiving the written materials I called the hospitals and physicians I have been using and was told none of them recognized the company, then when I received the written material I realized not one doctor or hospital within 2 hours drive of me use the company. I then tried contacting the company and received a recorded message saying they would call me back. Then I went to the site on-line and realized that they would automatically bill my charge card from now on for services I could not use. I then contacted the charge card company and was told they could not stop the charges even if I stopped using the charge card company. The bank that charges the bill to the charge card company will be contacted and told that it is a contested bill. I faxed CHBA and told them I was canceling their services. I then recalled CHBA and left a message that I am cancelling their services. CHBA has not called me back.
