Its very simple. I have the Wcard, walgreens card. Its used to get a discount for your prescriptions. I've been getting a discount with this card I paid for the last few months. Now all of a sudden my prescription is not covered. Now its only for the generic drugs.
A few key points that might be of relevance. I switched to a different pharmacy, the walgreens down the street.
The pharmacist looked up my past history to see that I was getting a discount for the last few months and said she did not know why there was a sudden change. Well I'm not stupid I know somethings wrong. So someone needs to figure this out.
