I ordered the amazing Wu-Yi Tea before the first ripp-off report appreared, so I did not have any warning about this company. Before I received my tea I did some research locally and realized I could buy this tea for a lot less than advertised. I tried to contact them to cancel my order but did not receive a response to any of my e-mails. I than did get a live web on line customer support person who finally told me to e-mail the service@wu-yisource address. I did twice with no response. I then received the package and I mailed it back requesting my refund. Which I also send them a message telling them of my return. Of course I have not heard from them or received a refund. I would like to see these people brought to justice for their fraudlent claims.
