I have attempted to contact Wu-Yi Source Jesse Willms by phone # provided with product and send several email. So far I have not received any reply to confirm my cancellation or received a refund as stated in the order agreement. I have been charged 94.30 to my visa. When I contacted the 866-449-5567 number the representative instructed me to send the product to: 5300 Ontario Mills Parkway Ontario, CA 91764.. She did not have any of my order information and did not seem familiar with Jesse Willms at all. Wu-Yi Source is a total rip off!
