Without re-iterating and making you re-read the same complaints, I had the same problems as Bonnie in Florida and Stef in Pensacola. They won't refund your money, will not give any information in regards who runs this company (by the way, the president of this company is Graham D. Gibson, but good luck trying to get in touch with him, they REFUSE to put you through, and tell you that he doesn't respond to customers). They also have 23 complaints filed agaisnt them with the Better Business Bureau (all of them unresolved), and if you have problems with them I suggest that you file with the BBB.
This company does not honor their own terms, and will try to use them against you (If you do not like their product, return it in 30 days, but it has to be unopened - how can you know if you do not like their product if you don't use it?). They also will give you a cancellation number, but will not tell you that you need to return the product. They also charge you twice for the same bottle (the bottle that they send is supposed to be your trial bottle, no-risk, for $1) But this is the same bottle that they charge you $38.95 for.
By the way, I am also contacting the attorney generals office, fraud division, for the state of Arizona, and suggest that you might want to do the same
