On August 30 I ordered (1) Earmate Digital hearing Aid for $129.95 tax, from http://www.healthandfitnessnews.com/. The order reflects they would ship it out by the next day (not Next day air) and shipped UPS Ground. I actually order this via phone, through the reference of their website.
I logged on to their website on Tuesday, September 4 and sent an email requesting shipping information.—no response to date. I did this everyday, to date.
I have left approx. 6 voice mail messages on their toll Free Number: 877-944-4327. Their is a recorded message that states to "... Leave your name, order numbered... Etc. And someone will return your call" Just a side note, the voice on the voice mail sounds a bit like the individual I ordered it from
I noticed the same complaint from an individual here in North Carolina, from a city near mine - that is very odd?!
I also contacted my credit card company, who says the charge has not been validated yet. When it is validated, they will file a dispute, and if the company does not respond they will take action against the suspected fraud. They also told me after the case is reviewed, I may not have to pay the fraudulent amount. 9/9 8:10: 53 am
