Ordered 'Earmate' digital hearing aids for both ears. They promised a confirmation and tracking information for the order along with a lifetime guarantee on this product. I was supplied with an email address which gets no response. They say they have an 800 number but none is supplied. I tried looking up the address supplied and it doesn't appear to exist.
I would love some help from someone if at all possible. I'm going to be out of just under $300.00 if I can't get someone to help me.
