My story is exactly like many here.
I ordered the sample, paid for shipping and did not re-order. I then recieved a pkg. With two bottles and a charge of $149.95 on my credit card!
I called my card company (Bank of America) to dispute charges, they advised I return the pkg. With a return reciept and send all documentation to them. The rep. I spoke with explained the auto ship program, I had no idea.
They credited my account and then two monts later... Recanted! I was forced to pay $149.95 for a product I returned. They put the charge back on my account.
Pure Energy sent pages and pages of their terms of service agreement to the card company that was not on the page I ordered from and I never recieved them in email.
Trying to contact Pure Energy was next to impossible.
Thursday I recieved a collection notice for $67.50. I called and got nowhere.
I have worked hard to keep my credit in good standing.
I feel forced to pay the amount to get this behind me but I am furious!
