I received an e-mail from pure energy Products. I responded and ordered 1 (ONE) month 30 pills. I cncelled the order the next day. The termes and conditions gave 15 days. I have a copy of the cancellation. I called Pure energy to report ai had cancelled the order.
I received a post office notifiction to pickup a package. Upon picking up the package it had only a return address of Fullfillment Ctr. I picked up the package to find it was the pill I had cancelled well within the time limit.
I called my credit card company. They can do nothing. The charges were authorized and made to my card.
I went to the terms and conditions on the pure energy products site and
found that I had by ordering a 30 day supply given theim permission to charge
my card monthyl for a much larger sum of money. I believe it was 59.95 a month. I told the credit card company I did not give permission to charge beyond 1 month.
Pure Energy was notified immediately. I had to cncellmy card to keep them from continueing to charge.
Please help with the scams on line.
