I called this company many times, and tried to email them about what happened. I didn't get any emails back, and their office was always closed when I tried to call. So I just cancelled my debit card. About 6 months after this happened, I got sent to a collection agency! I called the service number, and the person that answered the phone told me that I should have filed a police report and there was nothing I could do. Why didn't anyone tell me this? I just called the police department, and I just hope they can help me.
