Purchased product and was not satisfied. It took 3 months to arrive and then had a defective part, which I returned after speaking with a sales clerk.
I never received the replacement part, so I returned the entire product with a letter requesting a refund. The product was returned to me because they refused to sign a Return Receipt. I called again, and was told that I need to correspond via mail.
I returned the product again, with another letter requesting a refund... No response.
I have since written two additional letters requesting refunds, and have received no reply.
