Received program 2 7 04, returned on 2 9 04 at my expense with return merchandise receipt. Program had a few sentences on each page just to fill the book to the end where several pages and order forms to buy additional materials were featured. Along with the returned program was a letter requesting my full refund. They signed the return receipt on 2 17 04, and I received the receipt back in the mail on 2 19 04.
After two weeks, I called and was told by Courtney Hopkins in the refunds department that my refund was mailed on 3 5 04. I never received it. I called several times since, and left more messages for Alex and Courtney, then sent another letter on 3 24 04. Called after that four more times and left messages again
As of today, 4 13 04 I have no refund, no response, nor anyone answering or returning my calls. I tried their Web site but it's inaccessible, as well as his office, which has an answering machine loop that puts callers on hold indefinitely.
In the meantime he has sent me more follow up sales letters to try selling me directories and post cards, as if I never returned his program. I can't reach these people for an answer, and still don't have my refund that he promises in his "Double Risk Free Gauarantee".
