In May I ordered a wig online, paid immediately through PayPal. My emails indicated exactly which wig, and which colour I required. The following week I received a wig, but in a totally wrong colour from that which I ordered. They also charged an exhorbitant amount for shipping.
Wig is useless to me. It was an expensive wig, and I contacted Max Wigs who initially said they would replace the wig, but after 3 weeks of no action, during which I emailed them a few times, I again contacted them, sending several emails to which they have not responded at all. PayPal have advised that they can't (or won't) help at all, and it seems that I am stuck with a wig I can't wear and a total waste of around $225 Australian. More than I can afford to waste.
