When I received my order from International wig I saw right away that one hairpiece was the wrong color, and after opening the other hairpiece I saw it was the wrong style. I checked my order to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. I had not.
I emailed the company and they said to send the wigs back. I did and told them not to worry about refunding my shipping. Both hairpieces (the one I got by mistake and the one I ordered) were the same price. After they received the wigs they told me the one hairpiece was the right one and the other they would send in the right color.
I then checked the site and the hairpiece that I had received but did not order was no longer on the site but it had been just the day before. I can't believe they do business this way. After several unpleasant emails I was called a moron. I called nobody names, I just wanted my hairpieces.
I order from the internet all the time and I've never run accross anyone like this. They say they're a big company but how can they survive with this type of customer service.
After searching for something to do about this I found more complaints of the same type of problem on the rip off site. They're has to be something people can do about this. I know I'll never order from them again or anyone without checking them out.
