Following is the communication i sent to wigsbuy. To date I have not received any communication back:
I ordered two wigs from your company on 19 April
Order number 72636. Sub Order Numbers 96718 and 96719.
When I place the orders I asked to have 3.5 inches of lacefront on the wigs.
Five days later I get an email from Sophie that I needed to pay an additional $50 for the 3.5 inches on the wigs.
I could never get the payment to process so I sent an email to just process the wigs without the 3.5 inches.
After two weeks of waiting I sent an email asking for an update. I received no reply. I followed up with 5 additional emails over a span of weeks. Finally 10 days after I sent the last email I got an response apologizing for the delay and that the orders would be processed immediately.
I paid for two wigs I received one wig 24 May in the mail from your company. It is nothing close to either of the wigs I paid for.
The first order I received from you a few months ago was excellent. This time I am very very disappointed in the service and the product.
It has been over 6 weeks I do not have either of the wigs I paid for I am sending this wig you sent me, back to you.
What is the process to correct this wrong order and the far from decent customer service?
What I would like is the wigs I ordered with the 3.5 inches of lace front and I would like it complementary. I would also appreciate the order being processed and delivered in the next 7 days.
How do I send this wrong wig back to the company?
