Refused to send me the items I had paid for through Paypal Camino

On May 18 Paypal confirmed paying Ace Wigs $102.00 USD for the deposit of 2 hair colour rings to be sent to me. The items were not shipped to me.

On June 7th until about June 12th, I had e-mailed them approx. 8 times to tell them I hadn't received the items and phoned them approx. 4 times and left messages for them to call me. I could not talk to anyone directly and customer service was just preprogrammed generic reponses but there was a space for comments which I made quite emphatically. They never responded to me.

I put in a Buyer's Complaint into Paypal, the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, Internet Fraud Complaint Centre, the public eye. I happened upon your site when I used the Trust system to rate them - they didn't even get a rating because there wasn't enough info.

That is when I read a complaint about Ace Wigs 8/11 that said "Ace Wigs is the worst company I have ever dealt with on the Internet..." "appears to me one company wants to dealt with their customers honestly, the other doesn't (Ace Wigs)"

It wasn't until Ace Wigs got a complaint (or many complaints) that they finally e-mailed me (Debbie Welch) and said they never received a payment on May 18 and that it showed pending and they kept checking back but it remained pending and so they didn't want to ship the goods. I replied to their e-mail (no resonse so far) and asked them why they never responded to me if, in fact, the payment was actually pending. I had the amount taken out of my account and Paypal didn't have the payment, so where the heck was it? It has to be with them. They asked if I would like to resume the order. I contacted Paypal to ask them what to do.

But when I saw your web site, I knew I would e=mail them and demand full payment back. I will do this right after.

Even if they give me my money back, I think they should be charged with fraudulant practices if it takes almost the whole government to get them to respond to the customer and make good on the money sent to them.

My advice, don't use Ace Wigs try somewhere else. I'm, trying to get ahold of Chickasha, OK who wrote one of the consumer complaintss to find where a good internet wig company is.
