Ripoff Fraudulent Use of Debit Card

I paid 6.95 for a trial offer using my debit card. One month later a charge appeared on my bank statement for 99.85 which I never authorized. I contacted the Cigarrest company and they refused to return my money. I reported this fraudulent use of my debit card to my banks dispute department and plan to file a report with the Virginia Commonwealth's attorneys office.
