I had gone on line to cigarrest.com - I entered my name, mailing address etc. When I clicked to order I saw it wanted my credit card numbers.
I do not put my numbers out there on the internet. So I called the 1-800 number on the web site. I ordered the product and gave my debit card numbers.
2 days later I got an e mail saying that there was a problem with my card and If I was still interested to contact them at the 800 number.
I had then decided I was no longer interested in purchasing the product. SO I did not call them back. Yesterday I was balancing my checkbook and sure enough they had somehow pushed the charges through on my card.
I called them and told them that they had better refund the amount to my card and I would refuse the product upon delivery and they said that they WOULD NOT do so. And if I refused shippment they wopuld still charge my card for future deliveries of cigarrest.
They totally refused to work with me on this and I am SO P-OFF! They told me I had to open the product take 30 days supply out. Reseal it and mail the remainder back to them. I asked for them to send return shipping label and aain they refused.
BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from Cigarrest purchases and products.
