On April 30th my mother placed an order with these people. On May 15th she started trying to find out where it was. For over two weeks she and I have both been e-mailing and phoning. When someone finally decides to pick up the phone or send a response to our e-mails they are full of a bunch of nonsense. They are constantly giving us different stories.
For some reason when I wanted to know who owned this company they refused to tell me. What kind of reputable company would have any problem telling you who owns their company? I'm not sure if my poor mom will ever get her money back but I just feel like I should do anything I can to try to help her and unfortunately, as far as I can tell, this is one of the only things I can do. Hope it helps someone else's mother not get ripped off.
