The dealership maniuplated me, lied, took advantage of me, and is giving me the run around

My mother received something in the mail from Hyundai dealership stating that she won something, and my mother asked me if I would come with her to the dealership because I was looking to buy a used car and she received a voucher credit from them and said maybe it could use it. We looked at a few cars and I wanted something that I could afford. I saw a plum car that I liked but my mother did not like, and we looked at another car which was silver and it stated that it was previously owned and it had a dent on it. I liked the car but my mother was skeptically she kept telling me that I cannot afford and that I am working part time and going to school full time and it was too much for me to handle, and she was not comfortable with it. I always wanted a car and I guess that I got caught up in the moment. The dealership saw that and took advantage of the situation. The dealership said that I had zero credit and my mother credit was good and the only way I could get the car was if I used my mother's credit. My mother kept telling me over and over that I could not handle it but I did not listen I thought that she was looking at me as if I were a child, and I said I can handle it. I spoke with the dealer and he said that he believe that I can handle it, it is due able. My mother said I do not feel good about this; I do not want my credit destroyed. She said the only reason that I am doing this is because I know that you want it, the next thing I knew the agent said sign right here. So she signed for me but she kept saying that she does not feel good about this and she said it in front of the agent several times. When we got home my mother kept saying that she does not feel good about this and she has remorse and regret. We talked about it and I realized that we made a mistake and I pretty much put my mother in a bad situation. When I started thinking about what happened and how fast it happen I kept remembering my mother saying that I cannot afford and it is burden, and the agent saying that he thinks it is due able with my mother's help. I believe that the dealership manipulated the situation because they knew that I was desperate for a car. He also said that we would be helping each other build each other's credit. At the time I really thought that I could do and the agent kept encouraging me even though it was clear that my mother was against it. My mother told me to call the dealership and tell them that I cannot afford it and I made a mistake, and I want to return it to the dealership. I called the guy that sold me the car and told him that my mother does not want to do it any more and he said that he will have to speak with his manager. My mother noticed that on the contract it stated that the car is new and she said how that is possible and it stated previously owned with no price stated on the car and it has a dent on it. My mother called the Consumer Complaint Unit and asked them who was the car registered to, they said Maria Hernandez. My mother called the dealership and informed the Manager that her department is being laid off, and that we cannot afford it and we want to return the vehicle. The manager told my mother you were there you signed the papers and you knew what you were getting into. Later on that day my said that she is going to call back the Consumer Complaint Unit and ask them to fax over a copy of the document stating that the vehicle is registered in someone else name, and they told her that it is registered in her name. It appears that they updated the information quickly. The dealership at Bay Ridge is dishonest. They scam me into believing that they were trying to help me, because they knew that I really wanted a car. They are giving us the run around and they do not want to take the vehicle back. We purchased the vehicle on 7/29/08, the next day I called the dealership, and I have not gotten a sold answer yet. I want to file a complaint against them for mis representation, manipulation, and dishonesty. Thank you.
