Dr. Marc Weber has had the following judgments against him: malpractice in 2003 (MON J 279629 02), plaintiff was awarded over $176K; Gannet newspapers for failing to pay for advertising, Robert Clark CPA for failing to pay for accounting services, Branning Auto Body in Freehold for insurance fraud, and Salvatore Romano for breach of contract (Docket numbers MON-DC-013629-05, MON DC-006702-06, MON SC 000226-07, and MON SC 4532-06) to just name a few.
He also had public disciplinary action taken against him by the State Board of Dentistry in 2002. Dr. Weber's staff have reported that he has a substance abuse problem. Dr. Weber recently sold his practice. The new name of the practice is A Perfect Smile. It is owned by Dr. Poller and Dr. Mariner (Dr. Poller also owns the Apprehensive Patient). They continue to employ Dr. Weber knowing all of this.
