I have ordered from SkinRxClinic.com on three occasions. The first order was a big one $700 and they were very cordial and quick to respond to my emails and fairly quick to ship. The second order was for considerably less and they were very slow to ship and answer my emails. Many months later I placed another order over 2 weeks ago and received an immediate automated receipt for my payment ($82.00) and nothing else. I have sent many, many emails to three different email addresses that I have for them and NO responses. The website says that they ship same day. I am so furious that I am getting no responses to emails and faxes. I am furious that they have not sent my package - I have customers waiting on these products. I filed a dispute with my cc company but that is probably going to take time. ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK - Obviously they are ripping people off.
