This company continues to prevent my insurance company from purchasing another power wheelchair from another mobility company claiming the unit was purchased in WRONG!!! That unit was delivered to my home on October 21!! The medicare contract with this company was to have been null and void, so some one is NOT telling the truth. My arthritis continues to become irritated all because I am forced to walk using a cane. I'm depressed some days because I've no freedom to do anything without that power wheelchair. I'm sick and tired of the games this company and medicare are playing with me and giving me nothing but grief and the brueaucratic run around! I can't even afford a lawyer to go after this company with a law suit.
This company is being investigated by the FBI for the last two years and the Department of Justice has file a law suit against this company, but what good is that doing me? Nothing.
