My credit card was debited nearly a month ago as well. No product has been shipped. The trick is that your card is charged once it's "approved" by the pharmacy.
I'm going to have my bank charge the amount back before the month is up. I've read several complaints about this company. Orders taking up to two months. Don't bother to email them. Your email will bounce.
Icing on the cake: they have the nerve to call me three times a day to ask if I want to place another order. You will talk to the same customer service lady every time but she will swear she has never talked to you and she can't imagine where you got your previous information from. PASS on their offer unless you really enjoy being jerked around and chasing your tail.
