I have a power wheel chair from the scooter store, ive had a lot of trouble with it and they do not want to repair it. This has been going on since june it is now sept. 25. They keep lieing to me about coming out this last time supposed to be out in 7-10 days, it has been over two weeks. I know they charged medicare for repairs and have not done them.
I tried the BBB but that was a waste of time they stuck up for the company individuals dont have a chance. Every time i call the scooter store i get a differant lie. The repairs were all okeyed by my insurance and the sooter store blames the insurance but the truth is they dont want to repair it. So people beware of the scooter store.
