I provided my dental insurance information so the Dental Office called & checked on it. They called me back & explained clearly that my insurance covers 50% i pay 50%. I booked my appointment and when they called to remind me of it, i checked with them again to make sure that I'd pay 50%, and they said YES. Yes, i paid over $300 my part 50%. A month or so later they sent me a bill for the other 50%, i called them to ask why??? They said my insurance didn't pay them because i have waiting period. They asked me to call my insurance & i did. My insurance told me that they explained to 3 of them very well that i have waiting period. Clearly, it was not my fault. It was them tried to get new patient (me) in and ROB the me. I talked to them about it a few times and they said, if i keep coming then they will try to send the bill to my insurance company again so i don't have to pay that part. OMG that's wrong. I never came back there again but i still have to pay for that 50% & i am not happy with it. What could i do? I'm sure there are many others had the same problem like me with this Dental Office. I went to a different one and they said they have a few clients came from that office had the same problem. First Impression Dental Office in White Center of Seattle is a RIBOFF place.
