Nco - medclr reported to credit bureau unfairly - dispute

I had insurance at the time services were performed at N8 Chriopratic and Diagnostic Services Inc. Neglected to auth performing services anyways telling me it was authorized.

I have never received bill from Diagnostic Services. Every time NCO sent me letter I responded advising this is in dispute. Now i find this on my Experian credit reporting. I want it off until this thing is settled.
