Financial Ripoff possible fraud

I was checking out my credit report about 3 weeks ago and noticed that 23 entries were made by NCO-MEDCLR, using the same PO Box as NCO Financial... (so who are these people?) These 23 entries are 5-6 supposed charged off accounts, that were reported multiple times, with some company called NES Medical Services as the original creditor.

I have disputed all 23 of these accounts thru the credit reporting agencies and all 23 remain.

After going through all of these NCO consumer complaintss, I am beginning to wonder how many different NCO companies are in Philadelphia and have PO Boxes in the SAME AREA CODE. Which address am I suppose to write to and what company name should I use?

I have done web searches on both NCO-MEDCLR and NES Medical Services and nothing has turned up so far. I have also never heard of either company.

I am no sure where to go from here. I would send a letter demanding validation and proof of ALL 23 accounts, yet I am not sure which address to use out of the many they have, nor do I have full account numbers for these supposed accounts.

I am trying to fix my credit, not have someone screw me over.
