This company has falsely billed me for services already paid. They continually sell my information to debt collection companies who then call and harass me. The dollars owed were paid in full and they have acknowledged via telephone that they received the funds but they continually send my information to different collection agencies. They want me to supply them with personal information that they have no right to and refuse to send me information to prove thay are collecting a valid debt. One office of Medclear (Medclr) stated that they have no record of my oweing any monies yet when I call the company currently contacting me (Pinnacle Financial Services) they state that they cannot contact their client (Medclr) to validate this information. They keep putting the onus on myself to prove I don't owe them even though I conferenced in my Insurance company who had paid the bill over 6 months prior. I keep being told that due to HIPPA laws they cannot discuss this with me yet the Flamingo Emergency Physicians have violated HIPPA laws by providing my personal medical information to collection agencies.
