I have a 144.00 bill on my credit repord keyed as derogatory by NCO-MEDCLR. I paid this bille with CMRE Financial Services in March. Somehow in February NCO-MEDCLR took over the account and doesn't have a record of me paying the bill. I gave them my confirmation number from CMRE but no luck. Am I going to have to sue these people over 144.00?
