I ordered a free trial. I paid for shipping. I did not authorize any other charges or shipments. I requested a refund for a shipment that was only given a tracking number but was NOT shipped. I requested them to cancel it and credit my card. They refused and try to tell me by hitting "submit" to their trial offer that I authorized another charge. That I should have read the terms & conditions. I did read the terms & conditions and did not come to the conclusion that the FREE trial really was not FREE. Isn't this deceptive and fraudulent? They do not have LIVE customer support, state that they do not have a phone number to call, nor a person in charge. They are unwilling to be of help. They only want the money, they don't care about people or their product.
