I ordered a three month colon cleanse for myself off radio advertising, which was quite alot more expensive that the radio advertising led one to believe, at a one time billing. I did not authorize continued Autobilling, or Autoship, nor did I join "New Vitality", I am being additionally charged $79.90 monthly, which includes a memebrship fee?
Everytime I called, I was left on hold for so long, one had to hang up, I have asked to speak to a customer service supervisor, only to be told that none were available. On top of all this, this product tastes very bad!
The radio advertising is incorrect on the cost of this product and the New Vitality Customer Service people are dishonest on the charges for the colon cleanser and other fees!
