Dishonesty service that is rude

24 hours later I put my purchase through the web on June 11, July, I sent the Rx for their 1-877 amount. Two nights later I named them desired to make certain my Rx have been looked after and also the purchase had been prepared. The repetition informed me the contacts that I purchase was in order position that was back also it might consider about 14 days to reach. As my purchase have been looked after I believed to her okay as long.

2-week approved by and on 27th of July I tried examining the standing online also it stated its still happening, and so I named again along with a repetition explained that its in back-order (again) and that I ought to be ready to get them by following thursday/friday. I received a mail from their store stating they'd not gotten my Rx 2 nights later. It got me frustrated that I ought to be getting the contacts on particular particular day and since everytime I named they stated the purchase hasbeen looked after. And today they claim they havent received my Rx? It had been about 8:45pm Western time after I named (they shut at 9 Eastern time/10 main) and that I talked having a repetition title Samantha (I attempted to ensure I understood who I had been talking to so atleast I've someone to make reference to the following time I contact) She stated, again, that purchase is okay and that I must receive my contacts by next friday. 24 hours later I named again to ensure the purchase was okay as stated, but works out they never requested me personally any contacts. I mentioned I had a need to talk to the supervisor and that I got used in another division (purchasing division that's). The one I requested was Universal, and also the girl in purchasing division explained the Rx I sent in is to get a brand name, plus an Rx that identifies the Universal manufacturer is needed by them. I got angry using the period I lost throughout their representativeis dishonesty, as well as the handed 14 days calling backwards and forwards. And so I stated I had a need to stop the purchase and he or she screamed - ok, cheers for calling lens.com, farewell (hung-up on me)

I got really discouraged using their dishonesty and unreliable/rude service. Of the two months plus I lost, I put my purchase and really could have attended the physician, get an Rx and that I could be carrying them.in the place of informing me they held laying in my experience everytime they were called by me. And on Friday I got my contacts requested from their store and visited an area physician rather, works out these were actually cheaper then lens.com
