Bogus phone number listed on credit card bill, when I did get finally get "Customer Service" got voice mail, they didn't call back, repeatedly. Meanwhile product keeps coming and credit card keeps getting billed. Then when I finally got a person, they were so smug, saying "it's not our fault you didn't have the right number", and "go ahead and dispute the charge, you'll just lose". As I was on the phone with the not-very-gracious Toni I heard other operators in the background hammering away at other hapless customers "you might not like what I'm telling you, but that's just the way it is"
To add insult to injury, their product is entirely worthless.
I reported them to the BBB, and so should everyone else who got ripped off.
