I ordered the product for a free 15 day trial. When I received it there was no paperwork or canceling information. When I tried to call the phone number listed on the product all I ever got was a voice mail telling me to go to the website. I was able to get a phone number for information and called it direct but I got the same voice mail.
When I called the number listed on my bank satement, "SURPRISE" it was the same voice mail. I finally contacted the order department and was able to get a human being who could not help me cancel. All this happened after I thougt I had sent a cancellation via the internet then received two more bottles and was charged over $100.00.
These people qare very slick. They are not user friendly at all. I am in the process of trying to send the product back and get a credit. I don't even have a physical address for this company.
