This company offered a free sample of Pure Acai Berry for shipping only. Then proceeded to bill my credit card for $78.81 for more of the product which I didn't order. When I finally reached someone by phone, they claimed the product was already shipped. When I received it I should return it. The product has never arrived. Everytime you try to call theres at least a 40min hold time if you don't get disconnected first. To add insult to injury they gave my credit card # to a third party. Www.fit-fac.com. Which is like a weight watches on line. This company billed me for $29.95. I have been able to cancel this fit-fac charge but still can't get anywhere with Acai Berry.
